At Ena Pelly, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or store credit. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original garment tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.

  Ship Your Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue your store credit within 5-7 business days.
